    Jacob Harmond appointed Constable.


April 13, 1791.

    Road from house of Dennis Callaghan to house of Abraham Dick altered and
established.

    Road established from Humphries Ford on James River to Humphries' Mill.

    Uriah Humphries and William Crawford appointed surveyors of the road.

    John Parsinger and Jacob Parsinger appointed Surveyors of the Road.

    John Durgan exempted from paying Parish and County levies on account of
infirmities.
