August 9, 1791.

    Joseph Carden exempted from laboring on the highway on account of his age
and infirmities.

    Timothy Finny exempted from payment of County and Parish levies on account
of ago and infirmities.


August 10, 1791.

    Samuel Todd appointed Collector of the Revenue and Certificate Taxes for the
year 1786.

    William Norvell proved that he paid taxes on 9 slaves in the year 1783 in
the County of James City.
