Old Road leading from the Salt Petre Works to the Rat Hole established. John Alverson appointed Surveyor of the Road. Samuel Woods appointed Surveyor of the Road. Road established from McAfee's Gap to Lewis Francisco's Mill. Peter Norftzinger appointed Surveyor of the Road. James Took oath of Captain of Militia. William Norville appointed Surveyor of the Road.
