October 11, 1791.

    William Henry placed under bond for his good behavior.

    John Woods, son of David Woods, decd, chose Hugh Logan for his guardian.

    George Hancock appointed to confer with the County Court of Bedford
respecting the road through Jennings' Gap.

    Rev. Henry Vanover (Methodist) licensed to perform the rites of matrimony
throughout this State; John Hellems and Samuel Dew, securities.

    Old Road leading from the Salt Petre Works to the Rat Hole established.

    John Alverson appointed Surveyor of the Road.

    Samuel Woods appointed Surveyor of the Road.

    Road established from McAfee's Gap to Lewis Francisco's Mill.

    Peter Norftzinger appointed Surveyor of the Road.

    James Took oath of Captain of Militia.

    William Norville appointed Surveyor of the Road.
