December 13, 1791.

    James Kenner granted license to keep an ordinary at his house in Pattonsburg.

    Road established from near Thomas Rowland's to the main road near the
division line.

    License granted John Beale to keep an ordinary in Pattonsburg.

    James Henry appointed Surveyor of the Road.

    John Casey appointed Constable, Capt. Cartmill's Company.

    David Wade appointed Constable, Capt. Neelly's Company.

    Richard Bandy appointed Constable, Capt. Mason's Company.

    Col. Wm. Fleming, Wm. Taylor and Mary Depew appointed guardians of the
children of Samuel Depew, decd.

    Robt. Allen appointed Surveyor of the Road.

    Matthew Wilson appointed Sheriff.

    John Sarver appointed Constable.


December 14, 1791.

    No more Magistrates appearing, ordered that court be adjourned till next
