   Jacob Snidoe appointed Surveyor of the Road.

   Thomas Montgomery appointed Surveyor of the Road.

   Peter Starkey appointed Surveyor of the Road.

   Leave granted Nicholas Carper to build a mill on the land he purchased from
John Lauderdale.

   Peter Circle and Alexander Simpson appointed Surveyors of the Road.

   Thomas Patterson appointed Constable.

   Nicholas Carper and John Hines appointed Guardians of Elizabeth Deardorf and
Jacob Deardorf, orphan children of Henry Deardorf.

   Thomas Sherad appointed Constable.

   Samuel McRoberts appointed Commissioner to value property taken under
executions.
