   Wm. Snodgrass appointed Surveyor of the Road.

   John Wood appointed Constable.

   Samuel Cole appointed Constable.

   Sarah Collins bound to Moses M. Connell.

   Peggy Smyth, daughter of Willy Smyth, bound to John Nidey.

   Matthew Harvey granted leave to build a grist mill on the land he purchased
from Nicholas Carper.
