George Clark admitted under Sheriff. Road established from Craigs Creek to Sinking Spring Road. Canaan Gowen, son of Mary Gowen set at liberty. February 13, 1793. Matthew Wilson took oath of Justice of the Peace, oath of Oyer and Terminer. Johnathan Jones granted leave to build a grist mill on the lands he purchased from James McCarrol on Lapsley's Creek. Alexander Wilson appointed Valuer of Property. Leave granted Matthew Wilson to build a grist mill on his own land. John Beale granted license to keep an ordinary at his house at Pattonsburg.
