March 14, 1793.

    License granted David Moore to keep an ordinary at the house formerly
occupied by Henry Moore in the Town of Fincastle.

    John Lowman appointed Seal Master for this County, succeeding Philip
Spickard, deceased.


March 15, 1793

   William Anderson Appointed Surveyor of Botetourt County.

   Joseph Pryor admitted under Sheriff.

   George Clark discontinued as Deputy Sheriff.

   John Cartmill, Sheriff, enters protest as to the sufficiency of the jail.
