Leave granted John McCrery to build a grist mill on his own land. Matthew Harvet, John Miller, Joel Bott appointed Commissioners of the Peace. Thos. Melone placed under bond to keep the peace. Road established from the mill of Alexander Wilson's to Pattonsburg. July 10, 1793. Moses Bennet appointed additional Inspector of Tobacco at Crow's Warehouse. Ordered that a Clerk's Office be built on the courthouse ground, agreeable to plan of James Breckinridge, John Miller and Henry Bowyer, said building to be let to the lowest bidder at next court.
