   Joseph Kelley appointed Surveyor of the Highway.

   Simon Gillespay appointed Constable.

   William Lyons bound to John Goheen.

   Elizabeth Coburn bound to Capt. Joseph Paxton.

   Hugh Allen appointed Surveyor of tho Highway.

   Road established from the main Catawba Road to the Big Lick.

   Jacob Snido appointed Surveyor.

   Moses Rutter appointed Surveyor.

   William Anderson granted leave to build a grist mill purchased by him from
the Trustees of Pattonsburg.


September 11, 1793

   Joseph McMullen appointed Surveyor of the Highway.

   Wm. Crow granted leave to build a mill on his own land.
