    John Johnston appointed Constable.

    Anthony Gholson granted leave to build a grist mill on his land on
Robinson's Creek.

    Robert Harvey granted leave to build a grist mill at the forks of Tinkers
Creek and Robinson's Creek.

    License granted Henry Wax to keep an ordinary at his house.
