George Carson took the oath of fidelity and oath to support the Constitution of the United States. March 13, 1794 George Skillern resigns his commission as Lieut. Col., Commandant, of the Militia of this County. Patrick Lockhart resigns his commission as Major of the Militia. Samuel Lewis admitted Deputy Clerk. March 14, 1794 Alexander Montgomery granted leave to build a grist mill on the lands he leased from Alexander Lewis.
