Moses Bennett resigns as additional Inspector of Tobacco at Crow's Warehouse. Jacob Crider appointed Surveyor of the Road. David Shanks appointed Surveyor of the Highway. John King appointed Surveyor of the Road. Hanry Parrot bound to Thomas Worley. William Dixon bound to John Goheen. Road established from James Dalrell's to intersect with the Creely's Gap Road. William Bilbro exempted from laboring on the Jennings Gap Road. July 9, 1794 John Cartmill, Sheriff, entered into bond for collection of the County Levies; John Beale, John Miller and Michael Book securities. Ordered that overseers of the poor bind out an orphan boy strolling about this County, who calls himself Henry Stuart. Sheriff ordered to make necessary repairs to the jail.
