August 12, 1794.
   The grand jury presented the following:

   Surveyors of the roads, for not keeping same in repair, as follows: From
Capt. Audley Paul's to Clements' Run; from Anderson's Ferry to the Cherry Tree
Bottom along the River; from the crossing place on the Creek below Mills'
Smithshop to Crow's Warehouse; from Wilson's Iron Works to Burkholders; from
Uriah Humphries to the Rich Patch, half way up the mountain; from Bean's
Smithshop to Hall's Run on way to this Town; from Hays' Gap by John Parsinger's
to Dunlop's Creek.

   Presentment against Peter Crush, Sr., for retailing liquors.

   George Englehart, same.

   Augustus E B. Woodward, Gentleman, admitted to practice in this Court as an
Attorney.

   Edward Henry, Gentleman, same.

August 13, 1794
   License granted Francis Delaney to keep an ordinary at his house.

   David Kean, takes oath of fidelity, oath to support the Constitution, oath of
Justice of the Peace and Justice of the County Court in Chancery.
