Frederick Pitzer, same. John Duglas appointed Surveyor of the highway Rev. Samuel Gray (Protestant Episcopal Church) granted license to perform the rites of matrimony in this Commonwealth. Frederick Pitzer took the oath of Ensign in the Militia of this County, Uriah Humphries as Lieutenant, and Hugh Allen as Captain. Moses Bennet, Inspector of Tobacco at Crow's Warehouse, made return of the tobacco inspected and shipped in the year 1793. John Bilbro appointed Constable. Robert Anderson qualified as Assistant Surveyor of this County. James Moss, Jr. appointed Constable.
