The grand jury presented the following: Surveyor of the road from Town to the fording of Catawba, not keeping same in repair. Overseers of the Highway from Town to Jacob Hesses, same. Overseers of the Road from the Big Lick to Abraham Gish's, same. Thomas Leuty, retailing liquors and keeping disorderly house. May 13, 1795. Henry Calloway admitted to practice as an attorney in this Court. Jacob Parsinger resigns as Captain of the Militia. William Kyser placed under bond for his good behavior; Archibald Murray and John Harris securities.
