Peter F. Trenis appointed Surveyor of the Streets in Pattonsburg. John Kelly appointed Constable. James Breckinridge took oath as Lieutenant Colonel, Commandant, of the Militia. David Barcley admitted Deputy Sheriff. William Anderson took oath of Captain of the Militia. Henry Carter exempted from payment of County and Parish levies on account of loss of an arm. Ordered that the Sheriff collect from each tithable within this County 25 cents.
