    Henry Cartmill, Sr., appointed Surveyor of the Road.

    Curtis Alderson appointed Constable.

    Peter Minick appointed Overseer of the Highway.

    James Mays appointed Constable.

    John Hiner, Jr., appointed Surveyor of the Highway.

    Barkley Kyle took oath of a Lieutenant of the Militia, and oath to support
the Constitution of the United States.
