Robert Hains appointed Commissioner of the Revenue Tax. Barney Pitzer appointed Commissioner of the Revenue Tax. William McMullin exempted from laboring on the highway on account of his age. William Custus, orphan boy, bound to Jacob Lawness. License granted Elijah McClenachan to keep an ordinary at his house. Charles Hedrick appointed Constable. Ordered that 2 hands be employed as boatmen at the ferry at Pattonsburg, and two hands at the ferry at Crowsville. Ordered that the road be altered leading from James Delzell's to Michael Cloyd's as he may think to the advantage of said road. Samuel McElhenny appointed Surveyor of the Highway. William Stover appointed Surveyor of the Highway. John Hartman appointed Surveyor of the Road.
