James Brownlee, orphan son of Alexander Brownlee, chose James Mitchell as his guardian. Oliver Bannister, a mulatto boy, bound to James M. Early, tailor. John Painter and John Wiley, Sr., appointed Surveyors of Roads. Joseph Kirkman granted license to keep an ordinary at Greenville. Victor Bell bound to maintain his base born child. John Bilbro appointed Surveyor of the road. Joseph Gaunt appointed Constable.
