    Leave granted Benjamin Coffman to build a mill on Tinkers Creek.

    Leave granted Christian Gish to build a mill on Tinker's Creek.

    Leave granted John Woods to build a mill on Pokes Run.

    License granted Stever & Wilson to keep an ordinary in Fincastle.

    John Grigger granted license to keep an ordinary at his home in Pattonsburg.

    Hannah Jones, orphan, bound to Thomas Sewell.

    License granted Thomas Newell to keep an ordinary in the Town of Pattonsburg.

    John Wood appointed Surveyor of the Road.

    Mary Wilson appointed Guardian of Jane Wilson and John Stut Wilson, children
of Mathew Wilson, decd.

    Daniel Kesler appointed guardian of George, Allen, Jacob and Daniel Clair,
children of George Clair, decd.

Mary Keller bound to George Hepter.
