    John H. Madison produced certificate of having taken oath of a Lieutenant of
the Militia of this State.

    Phoebe Crawford, son of Andrew Crawford, made choice of William Ritchey for
guardian.

    William Dodd appointed Surveyor of the Highway.

    John Gregor appointed Surveyor of the Streets of Pattonsburgh.

    Jacob Lannies appointed Surveyor of the Highway.

    James Simpson appointed Surveyor of the Road.
