Frederick Pitzer, John Allen, appointed surveyors of the road. James Tapscott, James Mason and Anthony Gholson appointed Overseers of the Poor in the Upper Battalion of this County, and George Skillern, John Jordan and Jacob Parsinger appointed Overseers of the Poor in the Second Battalion. William McGee exempted from payment of County and poor rates on account of his age and infirmities. April 11, 1798 Isaac Dawson placed under bond to keep the peace. Isaac Dawson bound to maintain base born child. William Craddock ordered to pay to his wife Jane $8.00 for her support until May court next.
