June 12, 1798

    James Anderson, Benjamin West and James Riddlebarger, Jr., appointed
Overseers of the Road.

    Jacob Parsinger appointed Overseer of the Poor for this County.

    Thomas Simpson appointed Constable.

    Robert Neelly appointed guardian of Martin and Abraham Mason, children of
Martha Mason, deceased.

    John Gregor granted license to keep an ordinary at his house.

    William Copoland appointed Constable.

    Samuel Hashbarger appointed Surveyor of the Road.

    William Russell bound to Daniel Amon, potter.

    John Minnick appointed Surveyor of the Streets in the Town of Amsterdam.

    Johnathan Newman and Robert Harvey appointed Surveyors of the Roads.

    John Tinturf bound to David Bright, hatter.

June 13, 1798

    Thomas Bowyer produced license to practice as an attorney, and was admitted
to practice in this court.

    James Wilson fined for failing to make affirmation of his taxable property.

    Benjamin West appointed Overseer of the Poor in place of Anthony Gholson.

    Joseph Garwood and Henry Boggess, Jr., appointed Surveyors of the Roads.

    Joseph Haynes resigned as Justice of the Peace for this County.
