Thomas King granted license to keep an ordinary at his house. John David appointed Surveyor of the Road. Road established from the house of William Bilbro thru the Little Bottom to Pattonsburg. Joel and Luke Bott granted license to keep an ordinary at their house in Amsterdam. Henry Walker, John Smyth and John Miller recommneded to the Governor as fit persons to execute the office of Sheriff. William Reece Donald, age 13 years, bound to Patrick Glenn, tailor. Thomas Newill appointed Surveyor of the Road. Jacob Peters appointed Constable, Capt. Admon's Company. William Leforce appointed Constable, Capt. Peery's Company.
