    Baker Davidson and Thomas Sewill appointed Surveyors of the Highway.

    Rebecca Stephenson bound to Michael Kimberling.

    License granted John King to keep an ordinary at his house.

    Benjamin Gholson discontinued as Deputy Sheriff.

    Jacob Sheets appointed Surveyor of the Highway.

    License granted Jacob Carper to keep an ordinary at his house.

    David Noftzinger and David Kinsey appointed Surveyors of the Highway.

   Anne Fleming appointed guardian of Dorothy Fleming, Priscilla Fleming,
William Fleming and John Fleming, children of William Fleming, decd.
