Samuel Porter appointed guardian of Joseph Surber. George Seacatt allowed pay for guarding Ralph Elliot to the District Jail. Road established from Humphries Ford to the dug road on the mountain, thru Victor Bell's field, thence up the valley to the said dug road, the old road up the mountain from Bell's Mill discontinued. Johnathan Newman and Sarah his wife placed under bond for their good behavior, Alexander Hannah and Nathan Switzer securities. License granted Joel Bott to keep an ordinary at his house at the Sweet Springs.
