Same from Pattonsburg to Audley Paul's. Same from Crushes to Tapscott's. True bills against Thomas Newill, William Sever and Benjamin White. Allen Taylor admitted to practice law in this Court. James Crawford, formerly bound to Levin H. Dennenar, bound to Jacob Rudicil, hatter. John Grammer bound to William Maxwell, tailor. November 13, 1799 Ordered that William Kizer be put into the stocks and there kept for fifteen minutes for contempt of this court. Allen Avason and Nancy his wife placed under bond for their good behavior. License granted John Smith to keep an ordinary at his ferry in Pattonsburg November 14, 1799 Peter Wax fined for failing to serve as juryman.
