Road established from Lick Run Ford on the James River until it intersects the main road leading up James River to the Cowpasture. Peter Circle appointed Surveyor of said road. Stephen Fural recommended by the Court as Ensign in Capt. James McClenachan's Company of Militia. License granted William Slammons to keep an ordinary at his house in Amsterdam. Jacob Short appointed Surveyor of the Highway. Francis Blunt admitted under Sheriff.
