At a court held for Botetourt County the 12th day of September, 1775.

Present.
   John Bowyer, Jas. Trimble, Wm. McKee, Wm. McClenachan, Andrew Woods, Richard
May and George Skillern, Gent. Justices.

   Upon the complaint of George Heldrick, an apprentice to William Fleming, for
not having him instructed in a trade. Parties heard and complaint dismissed.

   Ord. that the court be adjd. till the court in course.

   The minutes of these proceedings were signed by
