Present: Andrew Woods, Pat Lockhart, Thomas Rowland, Martin McFarran & Wm. Ward, Gent. Justices. David May took one oath and entered into and acknd. bond with Patrick Lockhart, his security in the sum of ten thousand pounds for the said David's true & faithful collecting & accounting for all taxes due and to be received by him which are imposed by Act of Assembly an— ordinary and marrege licences in this County. Thomas Lewis and Wm. Neelly are apptd. Commissioners of the Grain Tax in this County for the ensuing year. Ord. that the ct. be adjd. till court in course.
