Ex'd pg. 606 Beverley Randolph Esquire Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia to all to whom these presents shall come Greeting Know ye that by virtue and in Consideration of a Land Office Treasury Warrant Number fifteen Thousand five hundred and forty six Issued the twenty third day of April one Thousand seven hundred and eighty three. There is granted by the said Commonwealth unto Thomas Barnes a certain tract or parcel of Land Containing one hundred and twenty four Acres by survey bearing date the ninth day of April one Thousand seven hundred and eighty five lying and being in the County of Botetourt on the waters of Tinkers Creek a branch of Roan oke Joining the Land of col.o William Fleming | his own Land, | Bounded as followeth To Wit, Beginning at a spanish oak on the bank of the Creek and runneth South ten poles to two white oaks corner to Col.
