     Flora, Gertrude and Jane Hoffman part owners of 5500 Acres known as
hoffman tract on Long's Entry Creek in Rockbridge and Botetourt.
     Same tract recorded in the action of Ejectment lately pending in Circuit
Court of Botetourt under style of George Hoffman and others agst heirs of Wm.
M. harvey.
     Final Judgement August 1906.
     Flora, Gertrude and Jane Hoffman to Benjamin Haden, for professional
services one moiety of their interest in tract.
     Same tract granted to John Moody and Nathaniel West Price.  They sold to
Peter and John Hoffman.
