Huffman his wife to J. B. Burhman. Judgement entered Augst 1906. George Huffman and heirs at law of Wm. M. Harvey, deceased were defendants, Ptfs recovered the Hoffman tract in Botetourt and Rockbridge. Metes and bounds described by survey of C. W. Switzer, filed 23 October 1893. Writ of possession delivered by Sheriff. Chancery suit of J. B. Buhrman and others against A. W. Harvey and H. O. Smith to restrain Harvey and Smith from entering on the said Hoffman land. Circuit Court 9 June 1909-- Ptfs in execution in Hoffman agst Harvey had lawfully been in possession of all of the land within the outside lines of said land by Report of C. W. Switzer filed in the ejectment suit on 23 October 1893. Parties of 1st part sold all interest in tract as shown by survey 23 October 1893 to J. B. Buhrman. Deed to be without warranty of title. Deed made 14 May 1912. All of the estate, right, title, and interest of every kind, at law or in equity................to tract or parcel in Rockbridge and Botetourt, known as Hoffman tract. [See ejectment suit of George Hoffman and others vs. William M.
