Kibert/Stover Deed Abstract, 1835 - Botetourt Co. VA


Botetourt Co., VA, Deeds, vol. 21, pg. 306-7, FHL #30711: 

This indenture made the 29th of Sept. 1835, between Daniel Kibert and 
Philbena his wife of one part, for consideration of one dollar,,,, sell 
to John Stover... the land he bought from the heirs of William 
Craddock... 
Both Daniel and Philbena signed with a mark.


(Submitter note: Since he sold the land for only 1 dollar, seems like John Stover must also 
be related, but I don't know yet.)
