Myers, of Roanoke, in his 85th year. He was a member of the 28th Va. Regiment and served throughout the four years of the Civil War. He was a member of Wm. Watts Camp of Confederate Veterans. He leaves five sons - Charles and Robert Myers of Roanoke, and John and Richard Myers of Botetourt. The funeral was conducted (Thursday) at the home of his son-in-law at 4 o'clock, and interment at Haymakertown by the side of his wife who preceded him to the grave seventeen years ago.
