Obituary of Morris E. Snyder, 1944 - Botetourt Co. VA

MORRIS E. SNYDER
  Morris E. Snyder of 4822 Third street, Lowell, a pioneer resident that
community, died at a local hospital Monday morning. His death followed a
brief illness. Mr. Snyder was born at Buchanan, Va., November 26, 1868 and
came to Lowell in 1909. He was for many years employed as a millwright
foreman for the Everett Pulp and Paper company. Surviving relatives are his
son Maurice E. Snyder of 5501 Third street, Lowell, and two daughters, Mrs.
Margaret Rush and Mrs. Marie Talbot of route one Snohomish, and eight
grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will conducted
at Jerread’s chapel Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock. The Rev. Samuel G.
English, assistant pastor of the First Baptist Church will conduct the
service. Interment will be in the family plot in Evergreen cemetery.
