An instrument of writing, bearing date March 21, 1912, purporting to be the last will and testament of William B. Bowyer, deceased, was this day produced to me in my office and there being no subscribing witnesses thereto, James Godwin and T. K. Peck were duly sworn and testified that they were well acquainted with the handwriting of the said William B. Bowyer, and verily believed that the said instrument of writing and the signature thereto subscribed were wholly in the handwriting of the said William B. Bowyer, and he was of sound mind and memory at the date thereof. Whereupon the said instrument of writing is admitted to record as the last will and testament of the said William B. Bowyer, deceased.
