I, Abraham BREWBAKER of the County of Botetourt and State of Virginia being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament. First I will that all of my just debts be paid together with my funeral expenses. Said debts are to be paid by my executors herein after named. Second I will and bequeath to my six children or their lawful children by marriage all my estate both personal and real to be divided as follows: I will and bequeath to my oldest son's (Jacob BREWBAKER) children one sixth of all my estate both real and personal after deducting five hundred dollars from this one sixth interest without interest, money advanced to my son Jacob BREWBAKER in his lifetime. I will and bequeath to the children of Isaac BREWBAKER one sixth of all my estate both real and personal after deducting five hundred dollars (without interest) from this one sixth interest, money advanced to my son Isaac BREWBAKER in his lifetime. I will and bequeath to the children of Joel BREWBAKER one sixth of all my estate both real and personal after deducting five hundred dollars (without interest) from the one sixth interest, money advanced to my son Joel in his lifetime. I will and bequeath to my daughter Ester LINKENHOKER one sixth of all my estate both real and personal after deducting one hundred dollars (without interest), money advanced to her. I will and bequeath to the two children of Samuel BREWBAKER one sixth of all my estate both real and personal after deducting three hundred dollars (without interest), money advanced to him in his lifetime. I will and bequeath to my son William BREWBAKER one sixth interest in all my real and personal estate after deducting seven hundred dollars advanced to him in rents and personal property. I hereby appoint my grandsons Joel BREWBAKER and Charlie LINKENHOKER my executors of this my last will and testament.
