Virginia Bess Dowell

Funeral services for Virginia Bess Dowell will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday, 
Feb. 17, 2003, in Akard Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eric Godfrey officiating. 
Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Larry 
McClellan, Matt McClellan, Zach Burnett, Bob Harrison, Bud Turner, Robbie 
Turner and Paul Litton.

Mrs. Dowell, 79, of Bristol Virginia, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2003, in Mount 
Airy, N.C.

Akard Funeral Home is serving the family of Mrs. Dowell.
