She was a life long resident of Bristol, the daughter of the late Raymond Howard Dutton and Mamie Fay Friesland Dutton, and was the widow of Daniel Dale Elkins. She was an employee of Bristol Bag Company. Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth Ann Crowe and Jennifer Darlington, both of Bristol Tennessee; a grandson, Rocky Allen Phillips II; a step- granddaughter, Stormie Dawn Crowe. The funeral service will be conducted at 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the graveside in Mountain View Cemetery with Rev. Dub Jones officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock Tuesday evening at Blevins Funeral Home. Condolences and memories maybe sent via e-mail to condolences@blevinsfuneralhome.com.
