Jerry K. Fullen

A funeral service for Jerry Kenneth Fullen will be conducted Tuesday, Dec. 17, 
2002, at 11 a.m. in the Farris Funeral Chapel with Richard Gaminde, minister, 
officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Hills Memory Gardens. Pallbearers 
will be James Ling, Chris Reynolds, Junior Williamson, Ricky Tester, Doug 
Carrier and Jim Fogleman. Those wishing to express sympathy online may do so by

Mr. Fullen, 57, passed away Saturday, Dec. 14, 2002, at the Grace Healthcare 
Center.
