Furrow Carson H. Furrow, 90, died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2002, in Bristol Nursing Home. He was former vice-president, secretary and treasurer of the Southeast Group of United Telecommunications. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and a past member of the Rotary Club of Bristol and other civic and business associations. He was a veteran of World War II and was preceded in death by his wife, Irene D. Furrow. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A private funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Redeemer Lutheran Church, 672 Island Road, Bristol, VA 24201. Oakley-Cook Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
