Harless Cecile Virginia Harless, 85, of Bristol Virginia died Friday, Nov. 29, 2002, at Wellmont Hospice House. She was a lifelong resident of Bristol and a daughter of the late Samuel Davis Harless and Rose Lee Collins Harless Mobley. She was a former employee of Tri-State Discount Store and a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. Survivors include three sisters, Hazel Jones, Nanny Swartz and Oakie Whitaker; nieces Pam Wine, Carol Brewer, Mildred Poore, Terri Dukes, Betsy Sutherland, Sherri Long, Lorrie Gill, Kathy Nelson, Judy Moore, Amber Moore, Amy Sutherland, Tara Dishman and Adrinne Duke; nephews Bob Poore, David Carmody, Travis Powers, Charlie Duke, Zachary Dishman, Brad Nelson, Kevin Carmody, Jacob Disman and Dennis Brewer; special friend, cousin Shirley Thomas, and faithful special friend Carol Holt. She was preceeded in death by a sister, Lolabelle Poore, a brother Thomas E. Mobley, and a nephew, Douglas Carmody. The funeral service will be conducted at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon in Heritage Chapel of Memories at Glenwood Cemetery with Rev. Ross Mangrum officiating.
