Lambert Steven R. Lambert, 36, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 17, 2003. He was lifelong resident of Bristol and was a member of Tennessee Avenue Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Lambert. Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Seletia Lambert; one daughter, Chelsea Lambert of the home; mother, Roxie Church Lambert, Blountville; father and stepmother, Glenn R. and Joann Lambert, Bristol Tennessee; sisters, Vickie Carter, Blountville, Donna Barringer, Iron Station, N.C., and Kimberely Carrick, Bristol Tennessee; brothers, Glenn Lambert Jr. and Kenneth Lambert, both of Blountville, Randy Lambert, Kingsport, and Dennis Lambert, Bristol Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 8 p.m. Thursday in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Joe Hudson and Brother Don Madden officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday 6 to 7:45 p.m. The committal service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Rooty Branch Cemetery.
