Ringley Committal services for William L. "Bill" Ringley will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Glenwood Mausoleum Chapel. Military honors will be presented by the VFW Patton-Crosswhite Post 6975. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain Empire Baptist School, 1317 Weaver Pike, Bristol, TN, or to Wellmont Hospice House, 280 Steele's Road, Bristol, TN.
