Toon Mary Sue Scott Toon, 64, 323 Woodland Circle, Bristol, Va., died Monday, Dec. 9, 2002, in Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Coy Jacob and Lena Francis Bott Scott. She was preceded in death by an infant son; and a brother, George G.T. Scott. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband, George Willis Toon of Bristol Virginia; one daughter, Linda Sue Toon of Bristol Virginia; one son and daughter-in- law, Ronald Lee and Kim Toon of Bluff City; two sisters, Ruth Flanary of Big Stone Gap and Charlotte Scott of Abingdon; three brothers, Ernest Scott of Bristol Virginia, Roy Scott of Bristol Virginia, and Tim Scott of Abingdon; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Rev. Jimmy Epperson officiating. The family asks that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., Suite 1100, New York, NY 10016.
