Estate of Robert Tudor (1827)
Brunswick County, Virginia Order Book 11, page 93

The last will and testament of Robert Tudor, dec'd was produced in Court and
there being but one subscribing witness thereto who made oath thereto
according to law.  It is considered by the Court the said will shall be
recorded as to the personal property of the said Tudor.

Submitter's Note:  The will referred to in the Order above has not been
located in the public records as of yet.
