This indenture made this twenty fourth day of March one thousand seven
hundred Sixty & four Witnesseth   that I, Elizabeth Collier, widow of Thomas
Collier, do Give unto my son John Collier all my thirds and Rights that I
have in all Lands also my Negro Man Jack six head of cattle one Feather bed
and Furniture one horse Two puter Dishes one puter Bason Two Iron pots and
all my Rights that I have or may have in any Estate Whatsoever I Give unto
my said son John Collier provided my said son John Collier do find me a
reasonable maintainance so long as I shall live.
Given under my Hand and seal this twenty fourth of March one thousand Seven
Hundred Sixty & four
