Frank must have my Land that lies by Joseph Mason he or his heirs or assigns forever. Secondly for Davey the Colt that now is at my fathers to his heirs or his assigns forever. Thirdly Ansolum all my crop oats liquor and __ that I have he or his heirs or his assigns. Fourthly my sheep to Billy Ivey 3. Hardey Ivy. June the 17. 1780. Brunswick County Court 28th April 1783} This Instrument of writing was proved to be wholly wrote by the Testator, by the oaths of David Ivy and William Ivy & admited to record as his true last will and Testament, and no Executor being therein appointed on the motion of Francis Ivy and he having given bond with security and taken the oath according to Law, Certificate is granted him him for obtaining letters of Administration of the said estate with this his will annexed in due form.
